About Me

Hello, I’m Chloe! I’m 25 years old and I’m from a little town called Traralgon in country Victoria (maybe it’s not so little anymore 😂)
Growing up I always loved creating, every school holidays my mum would take us (my older sister and I) down to the local art store and she would let us buy any canvas or little thing we wanted to create, and that would be our “school holiday project”. These would range from sewing little dolls or to trying to make a jewellery box..
My Auntie Jeanne is who inspired me to become an artist, I always remember thinking it was so awesome that she did what she loved, and that there was no “cooler” job in the world 😂
I remember my first drawing that I was ever truly proud of was a tiger drawing I did when I was 16 (That unfortunately my dog Honey somehow managed to eat when she was a puppy, so there will be no photo of this, but I will put a photo of my dog instead)
From there onwards, my love for drawing grew, and I eventually started doing this more and more (to the detriment of my guitar playing, which was my initial creative outlet from the age of 9 when I started learning, but it definitely took a back seat when I started making art - don’t worry, I’m definitely progressing back into my musical side!)
I started studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Monash University in 2017 which I completed in July 2020 (Woohoo 🎉).
Since completing my Bachelor degree, I have been doing lots of adorable dog commissions and creating some original work that I’ve always been dying to make, but never had the time!
So I hope you love my art as much as I loved creating it, and I hope you find a new little piece to add to your home.
